COVID-19: Liability limitations
We accept our obligations to comply with any official guidance from governments or local authorities. Please note that we will have no liability for any refunds, compensation, costs, expenses or other losses of any kind incurred by you, or anyone in your booking party (including, where applicable, the cost of medical treatment), in the following circumstances:
(a) If you cancel a booking because you, or anyone in your booking party, test positive for Covid-19 and have to quarantine for a period of time, or are notified or otherwise become aware that you have, or suspect you may have, come into close contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19 (or where they otherwise suspect they may have Covid-19) and have to self-isolate for a period of time. You may be able to claim the cost back from your travel insurance.
(b) If you, or anyone in your booking party, fail any tests or fail to submit for testing when requested to do so, or do not have the required vaccinations, and as such are denied entry to board the flight or entry into Cyprus. You may be able to claim the cost back from your travel insurance. The UK Government website instructs that you should not use the NHS testing service to get a test in order to facilitate your travel to Cyprus and that you should arrange to take a private test.
(c) If you, or anyone in your booking party, fail to complete a Cyprus Flight Pass or if this is completed incorrectly and you are refused travel into Cyprus.

Cancellation by you due to quarantine requirements
If the government in your home country and/or Cyprus impose quarantine restrictions either on arrival in Cyprus or on return from Cyprus to your home country you can change your dates for the same property to any future dates.

No refunds are issued under any circumstances.
If you cancel more than 8 weeks before the booking start date the deposit amount (or full amount if you have also paid the balance) will be converted into a credit note (less £25 administration fee)
All credit notes are subject to the following conditions:
(a) No credit note will be given if you cancel less than 8 weeks before the booking start date
(b) The credit note must be used to book the same property as the original booking. If the original property is no longer advertised on our website(s) then you are free to book any other property on our website(s) as an alternative
(c) If fewer nights are re-booked than the original booking a pro-rata element of the credit note will be forfeited
(d) If you do not re-book within 12 months from the date of cancellation the credit note will be forfeited
(e) A credit note will not be issued if you have requested a cancellation invoice for insurance purposes
(f) The credit note can only be used once

Change of dates by you
A change of dates will only be accepted if your booking start date is more than 8 weeks away or you are moving your dates to an earlier date. You will receive confirmation by email once you have complete the “change of dates” section of the REQUEST FORM which can be found in the BOOKING section of our website. The change of dates must be for the same property as the original booking so before completing the form please check that the new dates you are requesting are available.
All date changes are subject to the following conditions:
(a) The rental rate will be reworked based on the website price. If you are changing your dates to new dates that are over 6 months later than your original booking the rental rate may be subject to an inflationary increase of no more than 10%. This change will be subject to a £25 administration fee that will be added to the cost of booking.
(b) If additional nights are added to an existing booking the additional nights will be charged on the current rental rates and there will be no administration charge.
(c) If dates have changed after payment of a deposit and before the balance has been paid and the number of nights has been reduced the rental rate will be reworked based on the website price excluding any special offers. This change will be subject to a £25 administration fee that will be added to the cost of booking. Once the full amount of the rental has been paid there are no refunds for a reduction in nights or if there a reduction in the new rental rate.
(d) If you are changing your dates after the booking has been paid in full then any additional rental must be paid in full before a change of dates will be confirmed.

Change of property booked by you
As each property is individually owned it is not possible to change the property from the original booking without forfeiting your deposit/full payment.

Cancellation of Your Flight
On rare occasions airlines change their flight schedule or cancel a flight. In these circumstances please email us with alternative available dates for the same property that are as near to the original dates as possible. No refunds or credit notes are given in these circumstances.
