Holidays to Paphos

 1. Privacy Policy

Holidays to Paphos  has a new privacy policy and is listed on a separate tab.

 2. Booking

Upon booking of any of our Services you warrant and confirm to us that you have read these Terms and Conditions and agreed to comply with them.

 3. Payment

3.1 If the booking is made more than 8 weeks in advance of scheduled arrival, A 25% deposit is required to secure the accommodation.  The balance will be due 8 weeks before arrival.  If the booking is made less than 8 weeks in advance full payment for the accommodation and services including any promotional offers is required.  In the event that the Company is unable to obtain final confirmation of availability for the selected villa a full refund of the deposit paid will be made. If the Balance payment is not made by the due date and no prior agreement has been sought then the accommodation may be cancelled with no refund.

3.2 Payment can be made by cheque or by bank transfer to our bank account.  Where payment is made by cheque confirmation of booking will only be may upon clearance of funds of such payment.  Booking confirmation together with location map for the accommodation will be sent by email or if requested, by post.  Payment for excursions/activities booked in advance will be required in advance on the same terms as payment of accommodation.

3.3 The information and/or prices shown on this Web Site are updated from time to time and therefore may have changed by the time you come to book your holiday or travel arrangements. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of all such information and prices, regrettably errors do occasionally occur. You must therefore ensure you check all details of your chosen holiday or travel arrangements (including the price) at the time of booking.

 4. Cancellation by you

You or any member of your party may cancel your booking at any time however no refund will be made for any monies paid.  In certain cases any loss, if incurred involuntarily, may be covered by insurance that you may have taken.

Refund of any monies paid for excursions/activities booked through us are subject to the cancellation policies of the third party.  If you have to cut short your holiday for any reason whatsoever no monies will be paid for any unused days. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

 5. Cancellation by the Owner

If deemed necessary the Company reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the booking.  In this unlikely event you will be offered the choice of renting alternative accommodation through the Company (subject to availability) with the price difference payable/refundable as appropriate, or of receiving a full refund of all monies paid to the Company/Owner.  Revised booking still remains subject to clauses 3 and 4 above.   Refund of any monies paid for excursions/activities booked through us are subject to the cancellation policies of the third party.  No compensation is payable by the Company.

 6. Behavior

It is your responsibility to ensure that you and the members of your party do not behave in a way which risks damage to property belonging to others,  In such circumstances the owner and the Company have the right to terminate arrangements made on your behalf, in which case the Company’s responsibility to you ceases immediate and there can be no refunds, no payment of compensation and no reimbursement of any cost or expenses you may incur as a result.  Further, you will be liable to reimburse the Company for any expenses whatsoever it incurs as a result of your behavior.

 7. Deposit

A deposit of £100 is payable with payment of the balance of your holiday to cover any damages and additional costs incurred by the Company as a result of your stay.  Our accommodation is made available for letting on the understanding that the property will be left clean and tidy at the time of checkout.  Additionally, we provide air conditioning to make your stay pleasant in the hot climate.  We shall take a meter reading at the beginning of your stay and again upon your departure.  If we feel that this has been used excessively the Company have the right to deduct this cost from your deposit.  Customers are not permitted to move any furniture or equipment, without prior written consent from ourselves or the property owner.  In the event of such permission being granted, it is the customers responsibility to return the same to its original position before checkout.  Under no circumstances must any property for use inside the property, be moved outside.  Upon satisfactory inspection of the property the Deposit will be refunded to you by bank transfer within 7 working days of your departure date.

 8. Flights

Because bookings will be made with a number of different airlines, the Terms and Conditions of these individual companies apply.  The Company will not be held responsible for changes and or timetable alterations made by the airlines and will not made any refunds to cancelled flight bookings unless specifically instructed to do so by the airline.

 9. Special Discounts

From time to time various discounts may be offered on our Holidays to Paphos accommodation in our portfolio.  The cost payable by you is the advertised price of the property at the time of booking.

 10. Changes to Booking Terms & Conditions

The Company reserves the right to update this policy at any time.  Should this be done, we shall notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your details.

 11. Building Work

Any building work which may commence in the local area is outside of our control and we cannot be held responsible for any resulting disturbances.  However, should be become aware of any building work which may reasonably be considered to adversely affect the enjoyment of your holiday we will notify you as soon as possible, and wherever possible, will offer you the opportunity to transfer to an alternative property at the advertised price.  Whilst we assure you of our best endeavors to minimize any inconvenience we regret that we cannot accept any liability in this case.

 12. Equipment Hire

Most of our accommodation can provide travel cots, high chairs, child safety bed bars and extra beds.  Please check with us should this be required.  It should be noted that the extra bed would be of the folding camp bed style and therefore may only be suitable for a child.  Baby cots are usually of the portable travel cot style.

 13. Accommodation Check In/Check Out Times

Access to accommodation will be after 3pm on the day of your arrival to allow time for cleaning and servicing and must be vacated by 11am on the day of  your departure.

 14. Liability

14.1 Holidays to Paphos is a booking agent – although not exclusively, the Company accepts no liability whatsoever for any aspect of the arrangements and, in particular, accepts no liability for an loss, personal injury or death however  incurred during your holiday.  Although we use all resources at our disposal to ensure information provided for your holiday and the quality and facilities of our accommodation, we cannot accept any  liability whatsoever for any problems that occur while guests occupy the  accommodation of their choice.

14.2 The Company accepts no liability for any booking of excursions or activities  made on your behalf

14.3 No promises and/or representations of any kind,express or implied, are given as to the accuracy of any of the information contained on this Web Site or as to the nature, standard, suitability or otherwise of any services offered by us or on our behalf. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage of whatever nature (direct, indirect, consequential or other) which may arise as a result, directly or indirectly, from the use of any of the information or material contained in this Web Site and/or use of or access to any other information or material via web links from this site or any inability to access or use this Web Site. These exclusions of liability apply only to the extent permitted by law and, except for information or material accessed via Web Sites or supplied by an identified Third Party, where consistent with our applicable booking conditions. If any of these exclusions, in whole or part, is found to be unlawful, void or for any other reason unenforceable, that exclusion or part of the exclusion shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the other exclusion(s) or part(s) of the exclusion(s) in question.
